Hello, I’m Riley! I’m a lover of all things food, wellness, and travel. My content is focused on creating recipes that are allergen friendly, eating nutritiously and joyfully, as well as topics pertaining to nutrition’s role in cognitive health. I am currently pursuing a combined BS/MS degree in Dietetics through the University of Pittsburgh to become a Registered Dietitian. My passion for nutrition stems from experiencing how food can play a holistic role in my health, from bonding with others over a delicious meal, having the fuel to run an extra mile, to studying effectively for an exam.
